Terrible already wrote a long bad review. About Benny ..If I would have listened to their vets. My dog Stella would have had an unnecessary 8000 dollar surgery in Medford on her leg that was out of its socket. But I didn't go and it healed. Took about 2 months. So glad I found a new vet in Klamath Falls

Took my dog Benny there. Paid 200 bucks for him to get checked. He was bleeding with his urine. Vet did an x-ray she said he had a stone in his urethane. She was right BUT she told me that she didn't want to have to take it out because it was a very difficult place to remove it. She sounded like she didn't have the confidence to perform the surgery. That was a Huge red flag. A vet that doesn't have the confidence to perform a life saving surgery on my dog. That was the first thing that made me question that place. So I take my dog to them the next morning they were going to put a catheter in to see if they could get into the bladder. That was going to cost 660 bucks. So I paid it that morning when I dropped him off. I was told by the vet that after looking at his past records from Westridge vet clinic that she was confident and another vet there agreed that the catheter wouldn't go through the block and they would have to do the surgery to remove the stone. So they direct me back to the front desk for the estimate. 4300 bucks I was told UPFRONT! BEFORE the surgery! So I asked him if I could give them 3000 . He says no they needed it all. So I decided make a few phone calls. I CALLED Westridge they could do it but a week out. So they recommended Companionship Vet.off Gettle. I called them explained my situation and they said bring Benny in they would work him into their busy schedule. I went and got him to him to them. I waited for about 45 minutes after I checked him in. The vet wanted to see me before I left. Dr Grover I believe came out and told me they needed the x-rays from Pet Medical she said they would get them. She tells me don't worry we will take care of Benny we can remove the stone from his urethra if that what needs to be done. So I get a phone call about 4 hours later. She says they got the x-ray and have scheduled Benny for the surgery the next day at 8am. She wanted Benny to stay overnight. I said that is fine. The next day I get a phone call from Dr Grover she says she removed the stone and everything went well. She said that Benny needed a teeth cleaning and teeth pulled and asked me while he was under if I wanted that done to. She said she didn't know how many teeth she would have to pull. I asked her what is my bill so far she says 1300 bucks! I was like really? Pet Medical said 4300 upfront. So I asked how much to clean and remove teeth. She says between 400 and 800 I say do it! So she says Benny will ready for pick up at 4pm! I thanked profusely and said I will see you then. She then asked me if she could cut Benny's hair no charge! I said go for it! I go pick up Benny at 4pm total bill? 1800 bucks! I have a new vet! Pet Medical Center is NOT A GOOD VET! ANYONE READING THIS GO TO COMPANIONSHIP VET CLINIC they will get you in if you need an emergency visit with your animal! Douglas Bickford

This facility is top notch in care and staff. They were honest, fair, compassionate and sympathetic in assessing the care of my very ill pet.
