If I could give a minus 5 I would do so. I brought my 13.5 yr old chow in for euthanasia, it was time. This clinic NEVER discussed a tranquilizer, prior to the final shot to avoid pain or anxiety. I've since spoken with, literally 12 different clinics in four different states and EVERY one is aghast at the lack of communication and ergo lack of compassion. My last experience with my girl in my arms was crying out in pain, howling..not once but twice before her last breath. Her last moments on earth were in my arms IN PAIN. I know my girl, this wasn't a spasm, this was pain. The tech said to me in a flippant manner, "oh, they do that sometimes" yeah, turns out if you don't tranq them first they do...GET A CLUE I've reached out to this erogant business in hopes that they follow the protocol of so many other clinics. Bottom line..no returned calls and a big fat..WE DONT CARE. So the last memory I have.. is my girl in my arms, her last breaths in excruciating pain...it's HAUNTING These people SUCK THEY DONT CARE

Good vet but lacking in social media or tech presence. No website to go look up vaccine prices or dental cleaning prices. Would be nice to go on Facebook or Instagram to look up that information too.

This is by far the most awesome vet near klamath falls. In my opinion. But I've been to 2 others. Super nice, friendly, and prices are reasonable. Also they have appointments on Saturdays too. It's a great place
